Looking for your next locums opportunity in a supportive and community-focused hospital? We're seeking skilled providers to join a dedicated emergency department team in Andalusia, AL.

Position Details:

Start Date: June 1, 2025 - Ongoing

Number of Providers Needed: 2

Schedule: 24-hour physician coverage (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)

APP Support: Daily coverage from 11am-9pm

Facility: 12-bed Emergency Department

Patient Volume: Approximately 24-26 patients per shift

Annual ED Volume: Around 18,774 visits

Admission Rate: 8%

Transfer Rate: 2.5%

EMS Arrivals: 12.5%

AMA Rate: 1.2%

EMR: Medhost

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Primary Care with ED experience

Active Alabama license or IMLC accepted

ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required for non-EM trained providers
