Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Health Care System seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This position is focused in the hospital or ASC.

The Physician Assistant will provide first assist (general, total joints, extremities and fractures), call schedule is 1/9 weekends, ED Consults (fracture care), rounding and inpatient management.

The schedule is four ten-hour day shifts per week.

Successful Physician Assistant should be PANCE-Certified.

Ideal candidate should have some surgical experience (in any area).

The location is in beautiful Hudson Valley near Poughkeepsie, NY.

The area provides lots of universities, affordable living, great schools, skiing, many lakes, hiking and a lot of great outdoors.

Compensation: depends on experience level and includes incentive bonus.
