Key Responsibilities:
Ensure company policies align with federal, state, and local labor laws
Oversee compliance audits and risk assessments
Handle employee relations matters, including workplace investigations
Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters
Develop and implement HR policies to mitigate legal risks
Train managers and employees on compliance best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
