Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Overseeing the company's daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, preparing and reviewing journal entries as needed.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide insights for financial forecasts.
Month-End Close: Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported and deadlines are met.
Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee AP/AR functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, fostering a positive work environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.
About the Opportunity:
