Schedule 7am to 5:30 pm, Mondays and Wednesdays with an unpaid 30-min lunch

Primary Care, Urgent Care

When: Oct 7th - Nov 17, 2021

Duties: Experienced NP or PA for Family Medical Clinic

Patients 2 y/o and older. Willing to obtain Utah dispensing license.

Shifts 2p-7p four days per week

6-week assignment.

Training is provided prior to start date.

Two additional shifts are available Oct 14, 15 (could be the training)
