We are excited to announce an opening for a Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. This role involves developing and optimizing production processes, ensuring manufacturability, and improving overall efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Support quoting, process optimization, and design for manufacturability .

Apply expertise in secondary processes such as heat treatment, coating, and anodizing to improve product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and increase operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, or 4+ years with a 4-year degree .

Experience in lapping, machining, and assembly processes is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
