Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000

Overview of the opportunity:

Provide financial support to accounting teams, focusing on productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics, ensuring timely delivery.

Identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Collaborate with the finance team and central FP&A groups to align on metrics, goals, and conduct business reviews.

Analyze financial data in-depth, becoming a subject matter expert to offer enhanced insights.

Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives that have a company-wide impact.

Create presentations that offer in-depth analysis, highlight action items, and clearly frame decisions for leadership.

Investigate variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses, identifying opportunities for financial improvement.

Build and sustain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.

Preferred qualifications for the opportunity:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

5+ years of experience
