Accountant

Established Skagit County real estate/property management company is growing their construction division and seeks a motivated Accountant to join their team.

What you'll do:

You will be responsible for providing full-cycle accounting for construction projects, while working closely with property accounting. Use Yardi for job costing, AP, AR, GL postings, and financial statement preparation.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Related construction/real estate/property accounting experience

Proficient Excel skills
