Salary: $21.00/hr
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. Initiate and process orders, seek and qualify new customers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Answer telephones, receive inbound fax and email communications, understand and field or route appropriately
Provide information to customers and prospective customers
Provide administrative support to Management
Apply detailed product knowledge to develop new product orders
Develop and qualify new prospects through established customer qualification process
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons or departments according to their needs
Work to develop new product orders
Create and maintain appropriate order documentation
Provide customers with product support
Complete and maintain product, order and shipping documentation
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers
Develop and maintain necessary reports for management
Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality
Skills:
Experience with MS Suite and Quickbooks
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment
Must be detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
40 hours per week
