You will be our IT integration Manager. We are seeking a skilled IT Integration Manager with deep technical expertise to lead and oversee IT initiatives for the Claims function at SiriusPoint. The IT Integration Manager will play a critical role in managing where technology can positively impact the claims lifecycle, including areas where claims interact with other business functions (e.g., underwriting, finance, pricing, reserving) and ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the function. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to advocate for the claims function across various IT projects and organisational systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Claims Lifecycle Advocacy: Represent and advocate for the claims function across the entire claims lifecycle, ensuring technology solutions address the unique needs of claims processing, policy administration, and the overall customer experience
Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with key stakeholders from IT, data, underwriting, finance, pricing, actuarial, and other business functions that interact with claims to ensure integrated, efficient, and effective processes.
Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end IT programs related to the claims function, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s broader strategic goals. Lead the implementation of technology solutions that support process redesign, capability development, and efficiency improvements as outlined in the target operating model.
Technology Requirements Definition: Define and articulate claims-specific technical and business requirements for IT projects that involve or impact claims, including integration with systems such as EDH, Vellum, and other enterprise-wide solutions. Ensure that all Claims requirements are considered in cross-functional IT initiatives.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of claims-specific processes with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow, accuracy, and alignment with operational needs.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors, IT teams, and other departments to manage project deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns and initiatives within the claims function.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Use appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to manage project timelines, risks, and resources.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to IT systems impacting claims. Resolve technical and project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and processes within the claims department, including training and support for staff.
Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and accomplishments to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT and claims system performance and improvements.
Claims Data Advocacy: Ensure that claims data is leveraged effectively across the organisation, working with data teams to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Your skills and abilities should include:
10+ years of IT program management experience, with a strong focus on claims or insurance-related technology.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects within an insurance environment, particularly in claims and business process transformation.
Strong understanding of claims operations, processes, and technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across business units (e.g., underwriting, finance, pricing, reserving).
Deep technical expertise in IT systems, integration, and infrastructure.
Strong project management skills with expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with an ability to foresee and address challenges proactively.
Experience with systems such as EDH, Vellum, or similar platforms in an insurance context is a plus.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 to $175,000 This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
