Program Associate

Our client is seeking a Program Associate to support their mission-driven, community-centered grantmaking efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of responsibilities — from researching impactful initiatives and analyzing results, to fostering community relationships and ensuring the grantmaking process runs seamlessly.

As the Program Associate you will...

Conduct research on organizations, issues, and funding trends to guide strategy

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program results

Coordinate site visits, meetings, and events with community organizations and partners

Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather program data and materials

Maintain grant records and documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Create communications, internal memos, and content for newsletters or external reports

Track program budgets and support expense reporting

As the Program Associate you will have...

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in public policy, nonprofit management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, or social impact work

Strong research and analytical skills

A collaborative mindset and commitment to equity and inclusion
