Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Mapping Specialist to work at a Tech Company located in Cupertino, Ca.

Pay Rate : $30.00 Hr

Shift:

Swing Monday - Friday / 1000 - 1845

*Adobe Illustrator/ Access control experience/ Strong technology proficiency required*

Allied Universal® is hiring a Global Security Mapping Specialist. The Global Security Mapping Specialist's primary role is the tracking of security devices and access levels globally, primarily focused on the construction and maintenance of security maps. The specialist will review engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. The Global Security Mapping Specialist collaborates with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies between original and final drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure accuracy with security data across multiple systems and drawings

Create security drawings from project data, installation notes, and CAD drawings

Regular maintenance of security drawings from various Global Security teams

Escalate and follow up on discrepancies within the security drawings

Perform regular audits of system software to ensure accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

Effective time management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize

Attention to detail

Effective communication amongst a team environment

Able to work in a fast-paced Security environment.

Aptitude for learning various systems and applications.

Preferred experience in Lenel, Adobe Illustrator, VidSys, and Milestone.

Working knowledge of Mac operating system.

Must be flexible on schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Ability to learn and utilize art/graphic design software

Able to work independently and within a team on daily tasks and projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) environment

Illustrator, Lenel, Milestone, iMail, FileMaker, eApproval, Slack, Excel, iCal, SureView, BOX, Webex
