We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Agent who will be the frontline professional assisting customers with inquiries, problems, and complaints. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to support customers with their needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in an administrative or customer service role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
