Associated Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Branch Manager to join their Columbus Team! This is the perfect opportunity for a competitive, sales oriented professional seeking a fast-paced environment with the desire to build client relationships and lead a team! Must be able to simultaneously grow current client base and develop new markets. Must have a positive personality as well as be organized and possess computer skills. This position would feature autonomy and the ability to truly run a business as if it was your own!

Responsibilities include:

- Lead a team to achieve growth

- Develop recruiting strategies

- Perform and oversee the recruitment efforts of all recruiters and staff

- Entrepreneurial drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

- Experience building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
