Site Acquisition Specialist (TMO) 100% Remote Wireless Telecom TMO Projects

Location: Remote Eastern or Central Time Zone Preferred

Pay Rate: $38/hour (~ $80k)

Type: Full-Time, Long-Term W2 Contract (6+ months, likelihood for extension) Benefits offered

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, flexible start time (as early as 6:30 a.m. ET)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume wireless telecom deployments for new site builds and modification projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong communication, leasing, and permitting experience especially within the T-Mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead candidate selection, lease negotiations, and coordination of zoning and permitting for wireless telecom sites.

Navigate and manage tower owner application processes and online portals.

Forecast and manage the full Site Acquisition (SAQ) lifecycle for new builds and site modifications.

Review and interpret jurisdictional zoning codes, ordinances, and lease documents.

Handle lease reviews, tower loading assessments, and rent/term negotiations.

Prepare and submit lease document packages with detailed deal notes.

Provide accurate site status updates using shared tracking tools for internal and client meetings.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality performance.

Maintain a professional presence in virtual meetings and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

~ 3 5 years of relevant Site Acquisition experience.

Experience with new site builds (search rings) and modification projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage high volumes of leasing and permitting tasks.

Strong understanding of wireless telecom processes and timelines.

Must be responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Able to pass background check (10 years), employment verification, DMV check, and a 10-panel drug screen (no alcohol).

Preferred Qualifications:

T-Mobile experience strongly preferred.

Lease experience involving microwave and generator installations.

Familiarity with permitting processes.

Experience with small cell, right-of-way (ROW), or wireless telecom design projects.

Additional Details:

Travel: Not required

Overtime: Minimal, paid at 1.5x

Work Environment: 100% remote; must align with Central or Eastern time zone hours
