RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service and sales preferred.

You must be licensed to sell insurance in North Carolina.

Experience with State Farm is a plus.
