As a Sales Manager in Training with Republic Homes, your primary goal is to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will assist customers in selecting a floor plan, choosing options, and coordinating the construction process. Compensation

Base Salary: $40k

Commission: Lucrative commission plan

Ideal Candidate Profile

Republic Ambassador: Uphold Republic Homes' brand and integrity throughout the sales process.

Constant Learner: Develop expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, products, sales skills, and local market knowledge.

Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up through our CRM system.

Merchandising: Assist in selecting inventory, decorating models, and maintaining the appearance of homes.

Personal Prospecting: Create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase traffic.

Product Demonstration: Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers.

Set Appointments: Schedule visits and convert ad calls and web leads into appointments.

Training: Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities, and other company events.

Team Oriented: Collaborate and contribute in a team environment, assisting with miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.

General understanding of the retail environment.

Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.

Knowledge of legal requirements related to the sale of manufactured homes.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to excel in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.

Ability to move and lift furniture and promotional items (up to 75 lbs.).

Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
