Head of Operational Logistics

Run with all the Warehouse operations including 3rd party coordination

Run all operational shipping & transportation processes

Align closely with planning, forecasting & stock and external logistics services

Run all operational shipping and transportation processes efficiently

Handling all returns

This person will be responsible for US and Mexico warehousing, 3PL and transportation processes and costs. Familiar with Supply Chain risk management, security policy implementations and has a deep understanding of CTPAT requirements.

Align logistic processes and structure with a changing distribution environment in a fast-growing organization

Optimize 3PL processes and workflows

Stock reconciliation and stock taking

Identify suitable distribution partners in all regional markets and distribution systems

EDI monitoring

alignment of cut-off & loading & transportation times with other functions and 3rd parties

Operational reporting

Efficient cost management

Requirements:

BA in logistics/supply chain management/industrial engineering

5 years of similar experience in all supply chain aspects

Strong leadership capabilities

Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
