Production Quality Engineer (reference from job description as-is).
A. Quality Management
Ensures the production of OK products and protects the customer from receiving NOK products.
Monitors and minimizes COPQ in production.
Ensures timely PPAP renewal.
Inspects and analyzes product and process failures.
Reports findings to relevant stakeholders and leads 8D Teams.
Advises relevant departments (PE/PD/SQA/Manufacturing) and/or production employees to prevent errors.
Actively contributes to improving the quality of products and processes.
Manages the inventory of warehouse 95 (rework).
Participates in Continuous Improvement teams.
Is responsible for drafting PFMEA documents related to rework.
Shares responsibility for drafting PFMEA documents.
Oversees the use of ESD equipment and conducts related inspections.
Ensures compliance with IPC standards and provides related advice.
B. Other Responsibilities
Uses tools and machines correctly.
Carries out administrative tasks related to warehouse 95 and prepares ECR and 8D documents.
Provides RMA support for QHSE and Service.
Manages the ESD control plan and ESD training, including conducting training sessions.
Conducts ESD audits (internal/external).
Uses available protective equipment and adheres to safety measures.
Works according to applicable safety and occupational health regulations.
Maintains order and cleanliness in the workplace.
Knowledge and Skills
Work and thinking level equivalent to HBO (Higher Professional Education).
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, ESD, IPC, 8D, APQP, Six Sigma.
Familiarity with Exact Globe, Synergy, production systems, PLM, and Windows Office.
Understanding of machines, measuring instruments, and tools.
Ability to work with high precision.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Maintains communication with colleagues.

Full-time employment of 40 hours per week.

Travel allowance home-work: 23ct per kilometers one way up to a maximum of 50 km
