We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry and Document Scanning Clerk to support a short-term project involving the digitization and electronic organization of accounts payable (AP) invoices and production-related documents. This role is critical to ensuring accurate recordkeeping and efficient document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan and digitally archive AP invoices and production orders
Utilize Adobe Acrobat and related software to manage and organize PDF files
Maintain proper file naming conventions and digital folder structure
Operate standard office equipment including scanners, copiers, and computers
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all digitized records
Qualifications:
Proficiency in general computer operations and document management software
Experience with document scanning, copying, and Adobe PDF tools
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in administrative or document control roles is preferred
