Revenue Cycle Manager

Established private medical practice is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager!

Responsibilities include:

Managing the day-day operations of the medical billing department

Handling escalations involved with AR process (complex appeals/denials management)

Oversee the medical coding operations

Identifying areas of process improvement to reduce aging reports

Responsible for employee issues: performance reviews, attendance matters, interviewing, etc…

Supporting the credentialing process of the providers

Effective communication and organizational skills
