Job Summary:

Executive Jeep Nissan is seeking a full time Automotive Sales Associate for our North Haven Connecticut location. This position is responsible for delivering superior customer service with every transaction while increasing sales and profitability on our automotive and service offerings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs in a professional and efficient manner

• Educate customers on the features and value of the vehicles we carry

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and cultivate additional sales leads

• Identify customer needs and answer their questions related to the features and benefits of the vehicles

• Complete transactions accurately with customer and company paperwork

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain knowledge of current vehicles in stock

• Work as a team with the management staff to reach sales goals

Requirements:

• Experience as a salesperson in the automotive industry is preferred

• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Knowledge of MS Office suite
