Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing CI initiatives across our organization, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the CI strategy, focusing on LEAN principles, KAIZEN events, Gemba walks, and 5S methodology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.

Implement sustainable solutions to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and optimize workflows.

Conduct regular Gemba walks to observe processes firsthand and identify areas for improvement.

Train and mentor team members on CI methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of CI initiatives.

Prepare and present reports to senior management, outlining progress, achievements, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a CI leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Expertise in LEAN manufacturing principles, KAIZEN events, Gemba walks, and 5S methodology.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) are a plus.

Experience with plant operations and understanding of manufacturing processes.
