An iconic luxury hotel on the Big Island seeks a refined sous chef for their signature restaurant.
Qualifications
3 years minimum experience in a similar luxury hotel or fine dining setting
3 years of BOH management experience
STRONGLY preferred: experience working in Hawaii to understand the culture and cuisine
Responsibilities
Maintain complete knowledge of and ensure staff's compliance with all departmental/resort policies and procedures.
Establish the day's priorities and assign production and prep tasks to staff to execute.
