Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Desktop Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical support resource for approximately 170–200 users. This is a hands-on, onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person for all things IT. You'll handle hardware, software, and user support while helping to maintain the company’s desktop infrastructure and support systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support for hardware, peripherals, and software across a Windows environment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PCs, mobile devices, and other workplace technologies
Manage and resolve IT service tickets using ServiceDesk Plus (part of the Zoho platform)
Assist with user account management, access control, and software installations
Support the setup and onboarding of new employees and devices
Document resolutions and maintain records of recurring issues and fixes
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely IT support and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with desktop hardware, basic networking, and user account management
Experience with IT ticketing systems, ideally ServiceDesk Plus or similar platforms
Ability to troubleshoot both independently and collaboratively
Pay:
$60,000 - $65,000 /year
