What You’ll Do:

Manage month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Support revenue recognition, job cost accounting, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting

Oversee AP/AR processes to ensure accuracy, collections, and vendor payments

Assist with budgeting, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Contribute to process improvements, policy development, and system enhancements

Partner with project managers to deliver insightful financial performance reviews

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–3+ years of accounting experience (construction industry experience a plus!)

Proficiency with GAAP principles, accrual accounting, and WIP reporting

Experience with ERP software (Vista by Viewpoint a major plus)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
