**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Cocoa product advisor/manager will be in charge of commercial delivery of our P&L for cocoa butter, managing commercialization process of new business with key customers and primarily lead in daily business coordination across function i.e. Strategic pricing, TRM, Category, Pillar, and Plants.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Building sales book of butter & providing daily price list of butter
+ Managing back-end coordination for commercialization of cocoa products for key accounts and inter-co (NPSS solutioning and LTAs)
+ Leading the coordination of daily business execution process between PLM, Category, Strategic pricing, and TRM team.
+ Maintaining coordination and alignment with cocoa global pillar.
+ Supporting Product Director in building Long-term strategy and gameplan.
+ Supporting Cocoa TRM Director in building trading and sourcing gameplan through customer market insights.
+ Managing contract management review and its execution, particularly for key accounts and inter-co.
+ Managing strategic projects i.e. butter APAC market mapping, Non-base capex project of Arnotts liquor block and more.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Cocoa industry in APAC either in sales, business development or portfolio management of cocoa butter/powder/liquor.
+ Indonesia and Malaysia based talent is preferred but not mandatory.
+ Medium mobility i.e. travel to plant or customers
