Responsibilities:

Maintains all safety and accident records

Support audit contractor and EHS policies and standards

Develop and implement Safety programs

Comply with environmental management system for manufacturing facility

Generate and maintain documentation related to EHS initiatives

Implement, and maintain all corporate Safety and Health Programs

Provide training support to the organization and ensure that all required monthly training is completed as scheduled

Conduct documented periodic safety and health audits and track findings to ensure closure

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management

Follow and implement OSHA regulations

Food manufacturing experience

Strong working knowledge of EH&S regulations, compliance requirements

Continuous improvement

Strong knowledge of EHS/OSHA/EPA regulations and standards.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to EH&S

Certification in EHS programs and practices

Expert knowledge of safety system analysis
