Packing Associate (Full-time)
Location: Hickory, NC 28601
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (Weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products
Pick and pack orders for shipment
Prepare and stage materials for production
Perform inventory control and cycle counting
Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
Experience in fast-paced environments, such as restaurants (e.g., servers, bartenders), is a plus
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, handheld barcode scanners, and tablets
Strong materials handling skills
Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Skills:
Stock management and inventory control
Package handling expertise
Materials handling proficiency
Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for warehouse safety
Ability to follow instructions from warehouse leads and supervisors
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Must be 21 or older
Must be able to commute to Hickory, NC 28601
