Controller (Beverage Manufacturing) Bilingual (Chinese/English)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Controller to join our leadership team at our beverage manufacturing facility in Pittston, PA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and providing strategic guidance to support our growth trajectory. Beverage industry experience is required, and fluency in both Chinese and English is essential to liaise with our domestic and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and inventory.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.

Monitor internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial systems.

Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Partner with department leaders to provide financial insight and drive operational efficiencies.

Liaise regularly with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless communication on financial matters.

Manage and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.

Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

Implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to support rapid growth and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting role.

Prior experience in beverage or food manufacturing is required.

Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems (SAP or NetSuite preferred).

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in private equity-owned manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with U.S.-China cross-border reporting requirements and transfer pricing policies.

Proven track record in system implementations and process improvements.
