IT Support Specialist/Help Desk

Our client is a long-standing textile manufacturer known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and operational efficiency. They are looking to add a motivated IT Support Specialist/Help Desk to their growing team to support daily IT operations and contribute to ongoing technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Align IT support and shared services with business goals to drive efficiency and agility.
Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, access, and end-user setup.
Maintain secure, up-to-date network and infrastructure systems.
Partner with business teams to prioritize needs and deliver practical IT solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to system upgrades, Active Directory, or Office 365 is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
