Client Service Advisor
Summary:
Financial Planning firm seeks a highly energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment to serve as a Client Service Advisor. Candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, quick to learn new things, and computer savvy. Superior phone and computer skills required.
This person will primarily assist financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s) in the financial planning workflow. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.
This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data, helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed.
Client Service Advisor Job Responsibilities:
Maintain client contact during the financial planning process. Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.
Manage and resolve client service problems
Gather, review, and summarize financial and legal documents
Construct foundation of initial financial plans using Navi Plan
Create various solution-oriented alternate planning scenarios using Navi Plan
Monitor and update existing financial plans
Assist clients with the implementation of planning recommendations
Input data into Redtail and maintain up-to-date records/progress reports
Maintain current knowledge on financial planning concepts, law and regulations, and industry trends
Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)

Education/Experience:
· Degree in economics and/or financial services or at least 2 years in the financial industry
· At least 2 of experience in different areas of the financial industry: banking, insurance, and securities (investments)
