Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation (BNC) is offering a paid, on-site internship for a motivated student or recent graduate interested in RF, microwave technologies, and test instrumentation. This position is not remote and is open only to students or recent graduates from San Francisco Bay Area colleges or universities.
You’ll work 15–20 hours per week supporting real-world projects involving spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and RF measurement equipment.
About the Role:
Assist with testing, setup, and characterization of RF and microwave equipment
Maintain and organize inventory of spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and accessories
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to athe ppropriate internal teams
Support technical documentation, product demonstrations, and internal training sessions
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Bay Area college or university (such as UC Berkeley, San Francisco State, Sonoma State, or Dominican University)
Background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics, or related technical fields
Strong interest in RF and microwave systems, wireless communications, or electronic instrumentation
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical environment
Available to work 15–20 hours per week on-site in San Rafael
