Pre-Fabrication Foreman

Employment Type: Full-time Monday–Friday Day Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Prefabrication Supervisor to join our Construction group. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing prefabrication projects, supervising assemblers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule

Key Responsibilities

Perform conduit bending, welding, and fabrication according to drawings/specifications.

Coordinate and oversee prefabrication assemblers; track labor daily.

Maintain a clean and organized prefabrication area.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Train prefabrication assemblers and apprentices.

Assist in updating prefabrication order forms and processes.

Provide employee feedback for performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Electrical Apprentice License

Minimum of 2 years of electrical field experience

Strong knowledge of electrical design, construction methods, and equipment

Preferred:

Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrical License

Forklift Operator License

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, and reaching

Work primarily based in a warehouse setting
