We're seeking a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support across a range of enterprise technologies. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both hardware and software solutions, including internally developed systems, with opportunities to contribute to testing and implementation efforts.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on technical support for computer hardware, operating systems, enterprise software, and internally developed applications.
Deploy and configure computers and related assets including imaging, software installation, asset tagging, and peripheral setup.
Offer remote and on-site support for mobile devices, printers, copiers, scanners, conferencing tools, and various office equipment.
Troubleshoot issues that fall outside defined SOPs and know when to innovate or escalate.
Manage and resolve help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective communication with end users.
Support new hire onboarding and offboarding through proper provisioning and asset management.
Utilize Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
Maintain meticulous time logging and documentation within the ticketing system.
Provide a high level of customer service, remaining calm and professional in all interactions.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10+ and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
Basic understanding of networking, security principles, and software/hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with SCCM and PowerShell is preferred.
Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ManageEngine, Jira, or ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex IT concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
