Production Supervisor

Must have:

2-3 years manufacturing experience supervising in production and or quality

Comfortable with a rotating shift (rotate every 3 months) 1st shift 5:30-3:30 PM, 2nd shift 3:30-1:30 AM

High school diploma or GED required (Associates degree preferred)

Day to day:

The Production Supervisor will oversee a team of 25 to 35 members, supported by 14 leaders, ensuring quality and production standards are met. This role serves as the final checkpoint, inspecting vehicles to guarantee compliance with standards. Key responsibilities include supervising standardized work, holding team members accountable, managing timekeeping, identifying and addressing defects, and collaborating with production teams to enhance quality. Success is measured by adherence to standards, achieving production rates, and accurate timekeeping. The role demands a hands-on approach, as the Supervisor will be on their feet 80% of the time, addressing challenges with managerial courage, clear communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in computer tools for tracking metrics and maintaining processes is essential.
