Who We’re Looking For:

Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude

NMLS-licensed professional

Call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations (SAFE Act), and underwriting guidelines

Ability to multi-task while delivering excellent customer service

Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Encompass, and phone systems

Must reside within a 60-mile radius of our office

What You’ll Do:

Provide top-tier sales support and customer service from loan pre-qualification to closing

Complete mortgage applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Maintain detailed sales reports and manage an active sales pipeline

Effectively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably in a call center or high-paced environment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Knowledge of government and conventional loan products

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
