Label Developer
GENERAL OVERVIEW
In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing product labels while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and collaborating with internal teams. The position also requires maintaining detailed documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Label Software: Design and develop label templates for consumer-packaged goods, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with labeling regulations and standards in the technology industry, ensuring all labels meet legal requirements.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify label content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for label creation.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of label versions, approvals, and changes.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve labeling processes.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in a technical concentration (e.g., Computer Science) or a business concentration supplemented with technical training and experience.
Strong understanding of labeling regulations and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience maintaining a project with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Interest in maintaining and refactoring a large set of customer design files.
Experience or familiarity with YAML or similar configuration languages.
Node.js experience is preferred but not mandatory.
A willingness to acquire new skills to enhance existing applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
TRAVEL
This position may require traveling 1 week per quarter for in-person team meetings.
