We're hiring a Database Administrator for a long-term W2 contract based in Tulsa, OK.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of SQL Server environments across development, testing, and production. From performance tuning to security and backup strategies, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our database systems running smoothly and securely.

What you'll be doing:

Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining SQL Server databases

Designing and implementing backup and recovery strategies

Monitoring and tuning system and query performance

Supporting cloud and DBaaS environments

Collaborating with development teams on schema design and deployment

Managing data migrations and refreshes

Providing secure data exports for vendors

Ensuring compliance with internal security policies

What we’re looking for:

Solid hands-on SQL Server administration experience

Comfort with T-SQL; PowerShell scripting is a big plus

Experience with Availability Groups is a bonus

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
