We're looking for a PPC & SEM Specialist who lives and breathes paid search. You'll manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries, analyze data like a pro, and deliver reports clients actually understand. Bonus points if you know your way around paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO best practices.

What You'll Do:

Build, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing plans.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Create clean, client-friendly reports that clearly communicate results.

Implement tracking, pixels, and manage Google Analytics for clear attribution.

Collaborate with the creative and account teams to align digital strategies.

What We're Looking For:

2–4+ years of experience in PPC/SEM, especially Google Paid Search.

Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Deep understanding of bidding strategies, quality scores, and campaign structures.

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus skills: Paid social advertising experience (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), WordPress familiarity.
