Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

As our Salesforce Developer, you will build, customize, and optimize Salesforce to support our recruiters, compliance, and sales teams. You'll drive automation and improve user experience within our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

Customize and develop on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning

Build custom objects, flows, integrations, and apps

Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce configurations

Ensure platform aligns with business goals and compliance needs

Troubleshoot bugs and implement enhancements

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning

Salesforce Flow, REST API, and platform integration knowledge

Excellent attention to detail

Strong collaboration with business users and IT teams

Qualifications:

Salesforce Developer certification preferred

3+ years of Salesforce development experience

Experience in healthcare or staffing CRM environments is a plus

Location: Omaha, NE or Gilbert, AZ
