Job Title: Principal Engineer – C++ and Architecture Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer with deep expertise in C++ development and system architecture. This project aims to rebuild the solution to create a more modular architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.

Proven experience in embedded software development

Expert-level C++ (modern C++ standards: C++11/14/17/20) and embedded systems development, with experience in modular architecture design.

Experience working with Class C (3) devices or similar safety-critical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize legacy code.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Would be a plus (Not mandatory):

Knowledge of industry standards for safety-critical or medical devices.

Experience with continuous integration and automated testing for embedded systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and development of core systems

Guide and mentor engineering teams on best practices

Ensure code quality through code reviews and technical oversight

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and technical goals

Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system performance and maintainability.
