Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Location: Primarily on-site in Little Rock, AR (1–2 remote days per week)

We’re seeking a strategic and operational leader to serve as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. This executive role will oversee all revenue operations, from claims and coding to collections and compliance, with the goal of improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the organization’s revenue cycle strategy in alignment with business and regulatory goals
Oversee claims, coding, billing, collections, and A/R processes
Drive clean claim rates, reduce denials, and enhance reimbursement timelines
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and healthcare regulations (CMS, HIPAA, etc.)
Partner across departments (Finance, Legal, Market Access) to optimize workflows and mitigate risk
Lead revenue reporting, analytics, and process improvements, including system upgrades
Cultivate a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, compliance, and ongoing education
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive leadership in revenue cycle management, ideally in diagnostics or laboratory settings
Strong expertise with billing systems (e.g., XIFIN, TELCOR), payer guidelines, and healthcare compliance
Proven success in payer reimbursement strategy and revenue operations optimization
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) preferred
