Senior Buyer

We’re working with a growing industrial manufacturer near Green Bay, WI to find a Senior Buyer who can take ownership of purchasing operations, vendor relationships, and material planning.

What You’ll Do:

Purchase materials, components, and services to support daily manufacturing.

Manage supplier performance and negotiate pricing, delivery, and quality.

Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to align on material needs.

Support global sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain purchasing documentation and track key metrics like inventory turns and lead times.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Solid understanding of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
