We're looking for a skilled and driven Help Desk Administrator to join an exciting team!
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Type: Onsite
Contract: 3 month with potential for extension
In this role, you will provide technical support across the organization, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Responsibilities range from end-user support to basic systems administration and hardware installation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, professionalism, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Occasional travel to branch locations may be required for hardware installations and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I technical support to internal users, managing phone and IT support ticket requests
Perform password resets, profile configurations, and basic system troubleshooting
Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for PCs, printers, and other peripherals
Manage installations of hardware, including PCs, monitors, phones, and peripherals
Support boardroom A/V equipment and laptop maintenance
Supervise vendors working in secure areas
Ensure timely follow-up on support tickets and issue resolution
Maintain daily reports and system documentation
