Ticket Sales Representative

Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Office)

Compensation: 30% Commission per Closed Deal

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pineda Company is seeking highly motivated Event Ticket Sales Representatives to join our growing in-office team in Las Vegas.

Our sales cycle is fast, and we expect 1-2 call closes to INBOUND leads.

This is a commission-only opportunity selling tickets to two of the fastest-growing events for entrepreneurs and faith-based business leaders:

WealthCon – the premier real estate entrepreneurs conference (October 2025)

Kingdom Summit – a national Christian entrepreneurs event (June 2025)

Responsibilities

Sell event tickets to aspiring and established entrepreneurs, primarily in the real estate and business communities.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities via calls, texts, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, conversations, and closed ticket sales.

Maintain clear, professional communication with prospects.

Work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday in our Las Vegas office.

Compensation

Commission Only:

Earn 30% commission on every ticket sold.

No cap on commissions; strong performers have the opportunity to earn significant income.

Weekly performance tracking and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Requirements

Prior sales experience, preferably in event sales, coaching programs, or high-volume outbound sales environments.

Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.

Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Must be located in Las Vegas or willing to commute daily to our office.

A strong passion for entrepreneurship, business growth, or faith-based initiatives is a plus.
