Objectives of this role

Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Support the delivery of exceptional experience to clients at all touchpoints.

Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.

Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including newsletters, social media, and the company website.

Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.

Plan and execute events to promote the firm within the community and to deliver extraordinary experiences for clients and employees.

Your tasks may include

Work with team to write, edit, proofread and distribute communication materials, including letters, website updates, articles, blog posts and social media content.

Manage client events. Become a member of the Culture Committee to plan and oversee employee events.

Manage physical collateral.

Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting and engagement.

Prepare internal communications, including memos, newsletters and presentations for employees and stakeholders.

Create visually appealing and effective external communication materials.

Create and organize additional touchpoints, communications and tools to help service teams deliver an exceptional client experience.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing.

3-5 years of experience as a Communication Specialist, or a similar role in communications. Alternately, relevant roles in event planning, hospitality or client experience would be considered.

Strong understanding of corporate communication principles, and exceptional communications skills.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.

Ability to develop innovative communication solutions.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations or a related field.

Proficiency with Canva.

Experience with communication analytics and reporting.

Experience in wealth management / financial services.

Experience with event planning.

Experience with web development.

Experience with video editing.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role is expected to be $70,000-80,000 Base + Bonus

Total compensation for this role is expected to be: $85,000-100,000.
