We are currently looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who can drive new business and grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with teams and using CRM tools to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Serve as a solutions expert, addressing client needs and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership to grow the customer base.

Utilize Hubspot CRM to track and report sales activity.

Engage in social selling and attend training/ride-alongs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Travel to customer sites as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Key Performance Metrics:

New customer acquisition

Revenue and gross profit growth (maintenance, service, equipment)

Leadership evaluation of teamwork, adaptability, and skill development

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling.

Customer service background required; industrial sales experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; proven experience in B2B sales is a must.

Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Must pass a background check and own reliable transportation.
