This role will oversee data processing and reporting functions related to participant and performance data. The SQL Developer will be responsible for utilizing data assets to provide analysis and reporting to end users and internal customers, as well as managing the flow of data within the environment. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and implementing ETL packages within Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and creating ad-hoc queries and reports using SSMS. Additionally, you'll play a key role in building out and transitioning to a new Snowflake data warehouse. Support for data architecture and management efforts will also be required. This position involves working on complex assignments and collaborating with the IT applications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs, translating them into technical solutions, while managing internal and external client relationships as needed.
Key Responsibilities
:Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake
.Optimize and fine-tune the Snowflake data warehouse to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
.Develop and manage data models, schemas, and transformations for analytics and reporting
.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL failures, optimize data loads, and ensure data integrity
