Speedway Subaru VW is hiring a friendly, organized go-getter to join our team in a one-of-a-kind hybrid role that mixes customer experience with creative marketing.

You’ll spend part of your time delivering an amazing post-purchase experience for new Subaru owners through our Love Encore program — and part of your time supporting fun, upbeat content for our social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This is a perfect entry-level role for someone who’s detail-oriented, outgoing, and excited to grow their skills in marketing, communication, and customer service — all while working in a positive, people-first environment.What You’ll Do:

Social Media & Marketing Support:

Help brainstorm and create content that highlights our vehicles, people, and dealership culture

Support video shoots and social posts — and if you’re cool being on camera, that’s a bonus!

Capture behind-the-scenes content, fun team moments, or customer celebrations

Stay on top of trends and assist in growing our online presence

Lend a hand on dealership events, ads, and other entry-level marketing projects

Love Encore (Customer Experience):

Call and text recent Subaru buyers to schedule their complimentary Love Encore appointment

Meet with customers one-on-one to walk through features, tech, and tips on getting the most out of their new Subaru

Follow a clear process — stay organized and ensure no guest falls through the cracks

Become a Subaru expert through ongoing training (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)

Make customers feel great about their purchase — this role deals with happy peopleYou’d Be Great At This If:

You’re curious and like learning new things (especially about tech or cars)

You’re active on social media and enjoy thinking creatively

You’re comfortable in front of a camera — or at least not afraid to try it!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00/hr plus Bonus (Total Annual Pay with Bonus - $52,500 - $85,400)
